i wrote a fictional book called _____________________________

i don't know what it's called. here were the possible titles:

arthur; you are me and everyone i know; exactly something; alright

the book will probably be called arthur or okay arthur, or something


does anybody like fictional books in which nothing happens and there isn't any particularly weird or interesting language and there's a lot of dialogue and most of it isn't about anything and it's that dialogue which 'moves the story along' rather than narrative sentences?

does anybody want to read and/or publish such a book that is about 40,000 words long and frequently changes perspective & tense, switching around randomly from first to third person?
