oh well (2009)

this is a book of poetry confidently titled oh well. the manuscript is 73 pages long and is made up of single poems in sections that are divided by illustrations. i think there are maybe 6 or 7 illustrations. here are the names of the illustrations:

1) man walking, arrows; 2) weird lizard thing eating geometry; 3) weird bird thing eating geometry; 4) jesus; 5) portrait; 6) content whale thing; 7) maybe god, or, like, asian jesus or something, i'm not sure yet... maybe french jesus

some of the poems in this book have been published. there are new poems and old poems. the poems in this book span about two years, maybe. i think one of the poems was written last week

i have considered and maybe still am considering self publishing this book, but i don't know

the poems in this book are about geometry, spacial relations, boredom, confusion, loneliness, detachment, love, sarcasm, rich kids, and the concept of having an abundance of limited time that needs to be passed or used in some way

if it is up to me, the cover of this book will be a sickly-looking cloud puking lightning with the text 'oh well' and 'matthew savoca' somewhere on the cover

here are some possible cover images for this book:
